    Web site is easy to navigate and use. A minor point: deliveries to Waterloo are a fixed charge although the distance may vary. It would be nice if the delivery charge could be pro-rated to distance traveled.

    The roses are still as beautiful as the day I got them. They have a nice fragrance. I have gotten many compliments on them. Every time I have ever received flowers from Diehl's they always have lasted longer than expected. I am very pleased. Also, the early morning delivery on Valentine's Day was perfect.
