One star less than perfect because of delivery time. Now to be sure, this is obviously quite a busy time for the logistical aspect of the business, and this must be acknowledged. However, it is also not a surprise that this would be the busy delivery day that it is most certainly every year. I have no doubt every effort was made to maintain delivery efficiency, but it must be mentioned that a near 7pm time be a tad lat
