    My Stepson & wife’s first house. I couldn't be there so I spoke with Angie at Rose's Florist, who was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. I settled on a gift basket and told Angie to deliver it and leave it even if no one was home, because the kids would be moving their stuff from their rental. When the kids got to the house they were greeted with a big basket of goodies and a big welcome sign. They were surprised and so happy. If I was there myself, I would not have been able to make such an impression. I am overjoyed with what Rose's Florist did. This is an unsolicited response

    Maria, oh no! We are sorry to hear you did not get to enjoy your arrangement for long. We make sure to send out the best product so that it lasts for a long time. However, one must also take care of the flowers so you can get as much enjoyment out of them. Daily watering is required for Gerbera Daisies, which were included in your arrangement, for them to last as long as possible.

    Very disappointed in the arrangement. The rust flowers were a muted color, would have looked better in a brighter yellow. The green foliage did not look well with the flowers. The other green filler had insect bite all over, this should have trashed and not pawned off on a customer. I would not buy or recommend your flowers hope to anyone.

    Hi Richard, our arrangements vary in price by their size and flower combination. Although you chose an arrangement that was on the smaller side of what we carry, the flowers in the arrangement such as the tulips, roses, and gerberas are higher quality flowers, which is what spikes up the price. We are more than welcome to work with any budget. Give us a call next time and our designer's will come up with something for you. Thank you for your review.

    Rose's went above and beyond turning around what was almost a disaster! I placed an order for Mother's Day on Thursday. Order ended up being canceled due to a technical glitch on the website but I wasn't notified until Friday night. I was terribly distraught and left an unkind review. The next day I received a call from Angie at Rose's Florist profusely apologizing for what had happened and wanting to make things right. They ended up delivering an absolutely stunning bouquet of flowers to my Mom on SUNDAY free of charge! I’ll be using them for any future floral needs!

    I am absolutely infuriated with this place! I spent over $200 ordering for Mother’s Day and for my pop’s 80th birthday to be delivered today. I ordered online and received an order confirmation and I thought all was great. Checked email today and a day after I originally ordered, they emailed me a cancellation of the order. Did not even CALL!! I am in tears over this. Do NOT order from this business! We are military and depend on places like this to show love! Shame on their business practice!

    DELUXE Spa Bouquet- $90.00. Looked like the much cheaper $70.00 pictured. SKIMPY. Worse - matters worse- they delivered @ 5:00- the delivery person left my $120.00 gift with a neighbor 3 houses down- who she has never even met. It took her 2 days to get gift from the neighbor. UNACCEPTABLE! I wrote them to give them the chance to offer a partial credit -they never even responded. Birthday surprise was ruined and I am out $120.00.

    my sister was thrilled with her arrangement. the only added value service i can think of would be if the florist snapped a picture of the arrangement w/ her smartphone and emailed it back to me so i could see what i paid for and enjoy thge arrangement w/my sister (this was for her 85th birthday). but this would be really over and above any expected service).

    My husband has tried the rest and he finally found the best! We work all over the country and he sends me flowers periodically, using local MS florists...none were satisfactory until Rose's Florist! Not only was the arrangement stunningly arranged, the flowers are lasting much much longer than any I've received since being on the MS Gulf Coast (over 1 year).
