The flowers my mom received were not what the buyer purchased so of course she requested a refund. The next morning Clinton Floral is calling my mother and tells her they need to come pick up her flowers because the order was cancelled. This is triflin, tacky, and petty. If anything they should have provided her with another arrangement similar to what the buyer purchased. What if these were sympathy flowers?

I understand why you're upset. If the customer had reached out first to see why there was an issue with their order, then we could have possibly resolved it in a better manner. However, because the customer outright cancelled the order we could not do any kind of exchange of flowers, per our store policy. That's why our only course of action was to just pick up the arrangement. I know that this seems unfair for the recipient, but if the customer no longer wants the order we have to take our product back. The same is true for any business.

I needed to order something for a co-worker who had lost her Mother. The woman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me, and helpful when I didn't know exactly what it was I wanted. I was very impressed! -amat
