    I ordered flowers for my grandpa that lives in Maryland. I ordered them an hour before they closed, and since it was his birthday, Mrs.Kathleen was so sweet and went above and beyond to deliver these flowers to him. This is wonderful customer service and made my whole day, because it would have been Saturday before they would have been delivered. My grandpa is going to be so tickled to receive these flowers and our message especially since we couldn't be there with him on this special day. Thank you so much Mrs.Kathleen!     Wonderful customer service! I was late placing an order on Friday for my grandpa's birthday.     I ordered two dozens roses, 12 red / 12 white. I was told there were only white roses in my order. As I arrived at home with the white roses, I was contacted to inform me that a mistake had been made. I had to return to the shop to pick up the red roses. The only thing that was less than ideal was when it showed up, almost all of the flowers were pink or white. Some of the flowers were different too, it just did not look much like the picture online.

My delivery lady put the flowers I had ordered for my parents on their front porch and out of the sun (and out of sight from my dog) and called me to let me know they had been delivered and where they were at.     I was very pleased with the customer service of Flowers Unlimited. When I mentioned that I was sending a sympathy bouquet, the woman on the phone even offered to add some longer-lasting flowers, which was very sweet. I do wish flower shops would send pictures of the finished product since I am remote and didn't think it cool to ask the grieving family how the arrangement looked. It would just be nice to see what I paid for.

I placed an order online with From You Flowers on Tuesday, with a promissory date of delivery on 2/14 by 5 pm. Come 4:15 no delivery so I tracked the order on the website and it said my order had been rescheduled for delivery on FRIDAY 2/16. So I called and spoke with Mrs. Kathy; she took my order, she made the arrangement and had it out and delivered within an HOUR. That is exceptional customer service and this is what keeps people coming back.

She was so nice in fact that I thought afterward I should have just done my entire order with her instead of the impersonal computer.
