    I am so disappointed with the sloppy and unprofessional service from this florist! An arrangement I ordered on behalf of my cousins in Austria/Germany for my mother's 80th birthday, was delivered 2 weeks early. The flowers where left at the doorstep with the correct date of delivery clearly attached to the outside. Shame on you New Leaf Florist for this huge oversight.

    Hello Nadja, we can not apologise enough for the oversight in sending out your mother's arrangement early. We tried our best to make it better by offering a complimentary delivery on the correct day of delivery or even refunding this order altogether for you so that at least your mother could enjoy the beautiful arrangement she received at no cost to you and your family. If you would like to take us up on the offer of sending out the arrangement again in 2 weeks, please call us at the shop or email us at newleafflorist@bellnet.ca. This was a very unfortunate mistake and we are very sorry.

    The arrangement was lovely but unfortunately, the flowers did not last long. I would expect the flowers to last at least a week but on the 3rd day, flowers were dying and I ended up discarding the arrangement after 4 days. I was quite disappointed.

    I received my arrangement (Poetic Peonies) on Thursday and it's Sunday today. It's a beautiful arrangement and the scent of them is quite lovely - they haven't started drooping as yet - I'm impressed. I have used New Leaf to place orders and being on the receiving end has place them in my mind as the best flower shop to do business with in the future.
