    I have purchased flowers online from florists several times. Most of the time I have been disappointed because the size of the arrangement was smaller than I expected. Not from Heartstrings.     Good morning. My name is Carol Ann Beebe. I purchased this flower arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day. The arrangement arrived and was beautiful. After two days the flowers started to die. Not all of them but a few. My mom has a green thumb and keeps water in them and does exactly what is recommended to keep them as long as possible. I paid $74.00 for this arrangement and feel it should have lasted longer. Could you please respond to my e-mail. $74.00 is a lot of money for after two days for the flowers to start going bad. Unless I hear back from the recipient or sender I do not know how the flowers hold up and it doesn't matter if you spent $1.00 or $74.00 you expect the flowers to last and so do I! At holiday time I have a feeling that the growers cut the flowers to early and the wholesalers hold them too long before sending them to the florist. Usually my flowers hold a good week to two weeks. There are replacement blooms being delivered today to your Mom with our apologies...we want happy customers at Heartstrings Florist!

    I gave them a bad phone # to contact (old cell phone) and they had a terrible time delivering the flowers. My fault, but finally my daughter picked up her HOME phone and was able to connect with them. I would order from them again. I wouldn't have blamed them if they'd retracted my order.

    We recently ordered a corsage and boutonniere for a prom and they were beautifully made. We were really pleased with the results. Hearstrings service is courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Besides being a florist, it is also a lovely gift store. I will definitely be back for more!
