    i do not usually review. i either stew about so-so work or yell about shoddy work...because rare is the time when the work not only exceeds my expectations but quite literally blows me away. the latter is the case for the amazing and beautiful and quality and just sheer excellence of the work done by Laurel’s Florals. i called on delivery day and the pleasant and helpful woman (Laurel maybe?) told me she was finishing up the arrangement but would get it on the early delivery just about to depart. the arrangement arrived in perfect tact by a remarkably pleasant delivery gentleman.

    Flowers were delivered on date specified but I ordered Anniversary flowers and a Christmas styled arrangement was delivered. It was very nice but it was not what I ordered so I was a bit disappointed with that. If I used Laurel Florals again, I would only do so by phone where I could be sure they understood the order.

Laurel was absolutely wonderful (as was her driver who had tried to deliver the flowers) in helping me, and all money was refunded. She was pleasant and always available to work with me, including following up with the credit card company when the first attempt at cancelling the order was unsuccessful. I would use her again in a heartbeat!

    the best way to tackle this probelm is add a scroll bar under the video. When you paste the video code or upload a video, see the code in Edit HTML tab. You have to add some code before and after the video code like this:
    VIDEO CODE HERE
    Now, if a video will expand to the sidebar, a horizontal scroll bar will be automatically added below the video. You have to add the above code every time uploading a video. Try this method first with some sample videos and if it works then edit old posts to add this code and also add the code when posting new videos. Feel free to ask for help again!
