    We were a little disappointed upon arriving at the funeral home to find that the flowers pictured in an "urn" were the n a white plastic bucket. Slightly embarrassing next to the other arrangements and her "cheap" for the $200 we paid. Not at all what was pictured for the container. Would not use again

We usually call customers to inform them of the change, but we were extremely busy and it just didn’t happen. Our website does state that substitutions may occur in these circumstances.     Our apologies that you were not happy with the method that was carried out in the delivery of your Mom 's flowers. We don't usually alter delivery dates but on a busy holiday like Mother's Day we will deliver a day early if customer is home. It is always our protocol to call ahead, unless otherwise stated, to ensure our delivery people aren't having to make several trips. I wasn't aware that the flowers went 2 days early. This is NOT protocol, but a definate error on our part. We will gladly compensate you on the mix up.

    The online purchase was a breeze! Kelly then called me almost immediately to tell me that she was out of the bromeliads but that she had an assortment of other items in my price range. We agreed on a mixed basket and she apologized again for not having the item in stock. Not a problem though - mom and dad called and confirmed that the basket was absolutely beautiful - as I knew it would be!     This is the best little flower shop I've found in the area. With my mother living in Belleville, Kelly's Flower Shop and Gifts is the best way for me to send her my love on special occasions. I live in Sudbury, ON and find the delivery charge from Madoc to Belleville very reasonable compared to what I would have to pay to get something delivered from Sudbury.
