    On Wednesday, February 14th I ordered "Because I Love You" from your website. The arrangement included a heart shape wire. Due to the heart shape wire I purchased the flowers. Upon delivery the heart was not visible or shaped like a heart. This experience was very disappointing.

The bouquet aroma was wonderfully sweet and even though they were placed in the kitchen you could smell the lilies as soon as you open the front door. we're on day 13 of this floral arrangement and it still going strong plenty of fresh blooms opening flowers are wonderful.
