    I ordered a live plant/ blooming plant arrangement to be delivered to my sister for her birthday. They brought a beautiful basket with 5 kinds of plants, some blooming , butterflies--just lovely. My sister, who is a shut in, answered her door, and the man I spoke to on the phone was the delivery person. He wished her Happy Birthday , and he talked about how to care for her plant. They had a friendly chat. Probably the only person she will see on her birthday--this is above and beyond, this is wonderful, human service. I am overwhelmed and so happy I called Flowers at Windward. I will again.

    Great customer service just like the other time I used Florist at Windward! The bouquet was very beautiful and my girlfriend really loved it. The disappointing thing was the flowers started to die after only 3 days. They started to droop. The roses were mini-roses. They were not the full roses that were in the picture or that you typically see in most bouquets. Like I said, customer service was top-notch and they delivered the same day even though I ordered mid-afternoon that day. The text updates are a very nice touch as well. For whatever reason, the flowers just did not last long.
