    The arrangement was beautiful and delivered quickly by a carrier who was kind and polite. Customer service was great on a phone order and she was quick to offer suggestions. Very affordable. The recipient loved them. I will say this...use the 830 number to contact them. The 800 listed on this site took me to an insurance marketplace.

    Originally I was disappointed when my mother sent me a picture of the arrangement. They looked droopy and not what I expected. They were delivered on Friday (the day after a very busy Valentines Day) and by Monday they were dead. My mother took them back and they replaced them with another arrangement.     Changed my order at the last minute to an arrangement completely different and they accommodated me no problem. Flowers were beautiful. Only problem is roses wilted and all flowers were pretty much dead within 3 days. Lily blooms never even opened that weren't already open on delivery. Never had that happen before in the past. They were cared for properly and no different than we've always done. Would consider ordering from this shop again in the future regardless. Maybe it was just a bad quality batch of flowers they received.

    The flowers were scheduled to be delivered on Aug. 9. They did not deliver until Aug. 10 and my niece had already checked out of the hospital. I did not realize they had not been delivered because nobody called to tell me until 2 days later. I never received the flowers and no one ever responded to my voice mails. I have not yet received a refund.

    I was very happy with the service and quality of flowers. I received a call from the shop informing me that one of the flowers in the arrangement was not available and she gave me a choice of replacements. Most florists do not inform customers of changes and you end up surprised and often unhappy when you receive something you didn't order. I was extremely happy with my experience and my friend LOVED the flowers she received. I plan to use "Petals to go" in the future. I highly recommend this wonderful florist.

    The colors of the flowers were not as vibrant as what was in the online picture! I was hoping for a lot more pink but the flowers were white/lilac and seemed "washed out" and not bright. It was also smaller than I expected for the price. :-(
