    Although I loved my flowers from the moment I came home to them, they did not hold up well at all. I did change the water and add food, (not provided), the roses never opened and turned brown on the petals. The fragrance of the lilies was delightful. As a result, in 4 days the flowers began to wilt. Very disappointing for such an exquisite arrangement....

    First the delivery driver was the best guy. I was not home at the time and he reached out to me and when I was able to respond he turned around and returned to my house and put the flowers where I requested.     Beautiful plant garnished with lovely roses. Hoods, SC worked with me to deliver this to my critically ill friend. Delivery was difficult for Hoods for various reasons which were out of their control and my control. Hoods diligently figured out the details and then WOW! Such an amazing Lods play of beauty, in a basket, with a bow was delivered complete with instructions for planting. Wish I could say more without boring people. Thank you Hoods!!

    Ran into difficulties with larger flower delivery places like Bouqs and ProFlowers so searched locally in Charleston for a delivery for my best friend and her birthday. Hoods Florists really delivered (literally and figuratively)!     Excellent customer service. At the beginning of a week out of town, some friends sent me flowers for my birthday. When I spoke to the florist and indicated I would be out of town until the weekend, she told me she would take the flowers back and I could call when I was back in town for fresh flowers. She then called me the following Monday morning to arrange the delivery!

    Hood's provided our wedding flowers. We only wanted bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpiece flowers. First, we were not laughed out the door (like some shops in Charleston that require a $5000 minimum...), and second, they never tried to "upsell" anything. Kathy just listened to what we had in mind and made helpful suggestions based on that information. In the end, we loved everything. It was beautiful and exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted ($575).
