    Horrible service - accepted an order and payment for delivery then calls my mom to tell her she lives too far away and she can come pick up her flowers or meet them halfway. The flowers were a surprise. I didn’t pay for halfway or to have her pick it up. Utterly unacceptable.

    A negative 10 is my star. They never delivered my order to my mother in law. They called her to say they would but never did. I called the florist to see what was going on and never could get ahold of the owner. When I finally did, she had a huge attitude and it made me mad. I filed a complaint with the BBB and we did a stop transaction with our bank. I will NEVER use them again

    I received an email confirmation with an order number, states the flower order was delivered 3/26 which it wasn't. I called the phone number at the bottom of the email and they deny receiving the order and told me I called the wrong number. The one person who has computer access is supposed yo call me back, but she already told me earlier today that I called the wrong place too. I usually order direct from local businesses but from now on I'll only use FTD, Telenor etc.

    Horrible customer service. I ordered wedding flowers and it doesn’t look like what is in the website. I ordered an all white bouquet they put green hydrangea. This is the worst florist in Crestview. Very bad customer service. The lady is rude.

    Your order came through a wire service that did not say what you wanted except for a green hydrangea and white flowers. We made an effort to contact you and try to get a feel for what you wanted. I talked to you on the phone and I was not ugly to you an any way as a matter of fact I was very nice and professional and you kept saying that you ordered through FROM YOU FLOWERS which is a wire service in the state of Connecticut which sent your order through FTD another wire service. By the time the order got to my shop it did not say anything except A BRIDES BOUQUET WITH A GREEN HYDRANGEA.

    I ordered flowers for a bday- they were delivered. But when I saw them I was very disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture shown nor just didn’t have many flowers. I was told a re-delivery was going to be made with the correct arrangement. They tried to pick up my moms arrangement instead of a re-deliver and DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER ONE FOR HER and that she would have to wait for them to fix it. What?! I tried to call Susan 4 times. Each time I got a different story. At lunch, doesn’t work Thursday’s, out of town. The other ladies were less than helpful.

    Charged for delivery when it was attempted once. Had to go pick up my flowers and my half empty balloons. There were some of the flowers that looked wilted and the explanation I got was that they were supposed to look that way. Not pleased at all. My husband is deployed and I’ve told him over and over again to find a different florist. This is the third or fourth order they have messed up.

    You could not get my delivery to it’s destination on time. I get that certain days are busier than others, but if it’s too much, either hire help or set a cutoff for orders.     The roses where great and on time I gave a time of delivery of between 9am and 1 pm and they arrived at 12:50pm which was fine. When they hadn't arrived by 12 pm I called to check on them and it took a good while to find out they were being sent. I recommend you find a quicker way to organize your orders.     I always order flowers for my daughter who lives in Crestview FL from Friendly Florist. I live in the UK and they have never let me down yet - my daughter is always pleased with the flowers and she sends me a photo so that I can see them too,they are always beautiful. Whenever I telephone the staff are excellent and helpful and all I have to say is 'thank you for a great service' ! 5 out of five stars!
