    The service was above and beyond expectations. I ordered a planter basket online. Later I got a call about the plants available not being very large and asked if I would like to get hydrangeas instead. The sypathy basket of hydrangea plants received were gorgeous and large. I was sent a picture of it by the receiver. She could not get over how beautiful it was.

    The roses and arrangement were beautiful, but the roses only lasted 5 days before they drooped badly.

    Darrell, I'm so sorry to hear your roses drooped so soon. That of course is not normal in just 5 days. My guess is that the stems were either removed from water without being recut or maybe some dirt in the water from the greenery. I apoigize for this. Some people remove the roses to water them or take home from work and this is a big NO NO- as the stems are now getting air, not water, and unless they are recut and put immediately back into the water they will droop before their time. Give us a call!

    My friend who received the flowers was estatic. She called me to say that the delivery had purple and orange flowers (Clemson colors) and some green ones too. She said it was a huge bouquet and it lasted 2 weeks. She changed the water twice. I am very pleased that she was so happy with the flowers.

    The only improvement I suggest is to expedite the delivery confirmation email. Receiving it over 1 week later is practically worthless. Other than that, great flowers! On time delivery! My mother raves about receiving flowers from you folks, so you're the only shop I order from.
