When the flowers are delivered, take a cell phone photo of the recipient holding the flowers or someone at the home. Text or email to the ordering customer.     Flowers were once again beautiful. I always get exactly what I order, which is important since I am ordering across 100 miles. I only wish the delivery fee wasn't so much. My delivery is as close as 4-5 miles from the shop, but the cost is still $10, a little steep for such a close delivery I believe. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied and will continue to use The Flower House.

    I think pictures of the flowers should be shown at every price. I chose a 55 dollar arrangement thinking there would be at least one more rose, but got more greenery. Also, when ordering online say for a funeral, if an item isn't available, take it off the selections. Just some suggestions.
