    My parents sent us an anniversary bouquet of roses, and a little tentative about using a florist they hadn’t heard of before (Lady Jo’s was recommended by their local florist in Plymouth, IN). Well, the arrangement arrived promptly and was absolutely spectacular! The yellow roses were stunning and still are. I would love to post a photo; will do my best to share in NextDoor and FB. And I will be sure to keep LadyJ’s Florist in mind for the next time I order flowers.

    I sent flowers to someone that just had a lung transplant and did not know they could t have a certain type of flower . They were able to change out the flowers with no charge. This was greatly appreciated and really shows they are a good genuine company. Will keep them in mind in the future.

    My experience started off frustrating as I ordered flowers for my friend from Lady J’s Florist online to be delivered to her at work. I then found out that my friend was not going to be at work the next day and so I called Lady J’s to leave a message late at night, and they answered! From that point on, Lady J’s handled everything wonderfully and actually drove the flowers outside of their delivery area (Plainfield)! to deliver them to my friend at her home personally! I can’t rave enough about their customer service!! Will definitely use them again!!
