    Twice I’ve ordered flowers from Lisa’s for my daughter who is a student in Philly. The quality was excellent. The service was heartfelt - including sending me a photo with my daughter and her birthday flowers. A birthday soon after moving out-of-state can be hard. My daughter’s smile upon receipt of the beautiful flowers and the staff’s thoughtfulness and initiative to send me the photo was appreciated!     The yellow rose arrangement was beautifully done. Big, perfectly blooming yellow roses (the biggest was about 3 in across) we're nicely layered with other greenery. The vase itself was sturdy and simple, elegant but not too ornate. My wife loved it, as did most of her co-workers! Ordering was easy as well, and they made sure to contact me to verify the delivery address and get an extra phone number just in case.

    The roses are gorgeous. Ordering online ( over-the-wire) is easy enough, but usually i’m disappointed with the flowers and often send them back. My husband send me flowers every year for Valentine Day. The past few years he’s ordered directly from your shop, i’m extremely please with the quality of your product.     Excellent Customer Service.     Excellent service!!!! I did an order on line and then called to see if they could deliver it the same day. They delivered the flowers the same day I did my order and within 2hrs.     Ordered flowers and chocolates for friend. Charged for both but only flowers delivered. Found out a week later and notified Lisa's. They responded promptly by promptly delivering candy with apology note. Stuff happens and they were nice but if I hadn't ask recipient if they had received chocolates or not, I never would have known.

    They did not have the flowers I ordered and I had to change to what they found on the market that week. They were pretty flowers and the communication about this issue was very good. I was not happy about the delivery though: I had placed my order with a week of anticipation but they arrived in the afternoon. They also called first the receiver, ruining the surprise I intended.

    Thanks so much for your feedback; I remember this order very clearly. We did not have the requested plant, so we gave the customer some other similar options, which she agreed to via e-mail. We always contact the recipient before making the delivery to ensure that the recipient is home to receive their delivery. If not, the customer is eligible for additional delivery fees, which I am sure, is not something wanted. Thanks so much!

    We apologize if the timing of your delivery was not to your liking, our normal hours of operation on Saturdays are 12PM to 3PM, so, unfortunately, a morning delivery would not have been possible. The order also did not have any specific delivery times indicated on the order, so we assumed the delivery could go out at any time during the day. Our weekday hours are 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday, perhaps a weekday delivery would be better suited for your preferred delivery time. Thanks so much!!
