    February 17th I attempted to get a fresh bouquet or arrangement from 3 other florists in my neighborhood but everything was sold out due to Valentine’s Day. Walked into K Michael's and was immediately accommodated by Nicki. The bouquet was beyond beautiful. It was out of my way but definitely worth the trip. Terrific selection, very reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. Definitely my first choice in the future.

    I am forever grateful to K.Micahaels! I live 20 hrs north and ordered a beautiful peace Lily plant arrangement for my Mom in Windsor for her birthday from my sister's and I. At about 5pm, I was talking to my mom and she didn't mention anything arriving. I called K.Michaels and it turns out that it I did not complete the order online!! I was so upset and asked to order for the next day. They were so incredible and insisted on putting it together got me and getting it to her tonight (it arrived around 7pm!!). I am so grateful.     I can’t say enough about my excellent experience ordering sympathy flowers from this shop in Windsor, Ontario. I was given gracious service and advice by Christian, who even sent me photos of the proposed arrangement beforehand and delivered it promptly and efficiently to my friends, who said it was gorgeous. The Sunday morning opening time was much appreciated. Too bad I don’t live in the area or I would be using this florist more often. Great personal touch from a local shop. I highly recommend them!

They did not have the flowers i wanted for the arrangement I selected, but they called to let me know, and the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and apologetic.     I ordered Tribute with Angel and the arrangement was beautiful and it was same day delivery however I have to say I was disappointed when I saw the angel. In the photo online it looks to be regular size. In reality is was approx. 2-3 in. in size.     I sent flowers to my Mom for mothers day. I requested for them to be delivered on Friday May 12th. I mentioned this to my mom and she stat around all day waiting for her flowers. They never called so by 6pm she had to leave. She came home at 7pm and they finally said they attempted to deliver and no one was home and they would do so the next day. I think it would be a good practice to call customers before you try to deliver. Just a thought. From the picture my mom sent they seem to be nice..     Good on time flower delivery. However they did not deliver the chocolates also ordered. I called two days later (after I found out) and they were more than happy to deliver the chocolates.
