    The customer service was phenomenal, even when there was a possibility of not being able to get to my mother, due to the business being closed for a meeting, they communicated with me so fast for possible pick up instead and when they were able to get them to her.     I ordered a custom arrangement to be delivered the same day (per the website). The arrangement wasn’t delivered until Tuesday. The flowers looked fresh and looked nice individually, but the arrangement looked like a random mix of flowers in non-complimentary colors, left over from other projects. At a total cost of $75, I expected an order that was delivered as promised and looked as if some degree of effort were involved. Might have had better luck with the pre-fab designs on the website.

    We attempted to make the delivery on Friday but the recipient was not home. We left a delivery tag and a voicemail for the recipient to contact us. We were able to redeliver a fresh arrangement on Tuesday (we were closed Saturday and Monday in observance of Memorial Day). We take pride in providing beautiful arrangements using quality flowers for every order we deliver. No preferred colors or design choice was provided with the special instructions for your order.     The flowers I received from my husband on Valentine's Day looked horrible. For the amount of money he paid, I could have gone to a local grocery store and purchased a better looking arrangement. It looked like they took 6 roses and a bunch of half dead looking carnations and crammed them into a 8 inch vase. The cost of this was ridiculous. I will never recommend to anyone to use Petals Florist if this is not corrected. I have tried calling them but keep getting hung up on or a busy signal and I have emailed them. A very dissatisfied Valentine!
