    The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I never received confirmation of my order and the confirmation for delivery came 2 days after the flowers were delivered. Outside of that - the flowers were gorgeous and just as they appeared on the site.

    So sorry Christina you did not receive conformation on acceptance or delivery. As far as conformation, when we accept it the system should automatically let you know. If that didn't happen then i will look in to it and make sure FSN knows about it. For the delivery confirmation, that was definitely on us. We try to confirm as soon as we deliver and sometimes, depending on how busy we are, we don't do them until the next day. We apologize for that and any inconvenience it has caused you. With all that being said we really appreciate your business and hope to still have you as a customer.
