    I ordered chocolate strawberries online for my mother in law on Valentines Day to be delivered. It turned out the store was out. Terri called me to advise they did not have in the strawberries stock and refunded my money. Terri was so sorry they could not deliver chocolates to my mother in law that she offered to send my mother in law a nice little bouquet FREE OF CHARGE and she stated she wanted to put a smile on my mother in law's face and that's what it was all about.     Terrie is AMAZING! I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother's 87th birthday. Terrie called me as she was about to make the arrangement and then called me at delivery and allowed me to video chat with my grandmother! Terrie even took a photo for me!     Service was great and flowers arrived on time. I would have preferred more of a yellow/ orange arrangement rather than all of the shades of pink. I thought there was a little bit of clashing between the colors, especially paired with the bow. I did not make a request for specific color theme this time but I would do so next. There was just too many shades of pink for me.
