    Dena's service was excellent! My order was placed at 9:30 am and the flowers were delivered by 11 am. The roses were fresh and lasted over a week! The presentation was beautiful! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

    Was very pleased with the service of Flowers by Dena. Inadvertently gave wrong phone number online, later in day I phoned and they had not yet delivered due to inability to contact recipient. Upon receiving the proper phone number from me they immediately delivered basket. Recipient phoned us and was delighted with the quality of the basket. Would highly recommend.

    I want to thank the amazing staff for coming to my rescue with a beautiful Christmas Eve Delivery! I live in PA and ordered flowers on 12/23 from Teleflora to be delivered to a relative in NJ on 12/24. I called to confirm when delivery would happen (11:30am - 12/24) they told me they could not fulfill my order and cancelled it! I started calling the local florists in Swedesboro and they came to my rescue! I wanted to thank you so much for helping me with such a last minute emergency! You ladies are wonderful!

    I was very pleased with the amount of communication that I received on when my order would be shipping and when they were delivered.     Hi Wendy, I received your review this morning. I'm very sorry your flowers didn't last longer than a week. There are many reasons why flowers will die within a week. I can't say what was or was not done after we delivered them . For future reference the water should be changed every other day give or take depending on its environment. The vase should be cleaned well. Give it some food and always a fresh cut. If you still have the flowers bring them in I would love to discuss them with you. If you don't but would still like to discuss them feel free to give me a call. Have a good day.
