    I received a beautiful arrangement that was ordered by my brother in Ireland and delivered for my birthday. I was at work when my doorbell camera told me there was someone at the door. I spoke to the person delivering the flowers and told them I was at work. They said that was no problem and delivered the floors to my workplace. Beautiful arrangement and great service.

    Ms. Russell, I apologize that you were disappointed in the arrangement. Unfortunately, substitutions have to be made on specific flowers, that is why I have that disclaimer posted on the website, and just like everything else in the world the price of flowers have increased. We did not have the white gladiolas or lilies in stock at that time but we replaced them with higher quality white flowers. Again, I hate that you were not satisfied with the order and would hope you would give us another opportunity. If you would like to discuss this further please call me at 940.872.1161. Thank you Derb

    My mother loved them! The arrangements are always lovely! The delivery person even carried the arrangement inside the house for my mother as she had just been released from the hospital. So I would have to also say “ a very thoughtful staff” as well .

    A close friend I have known since we were kids lost her husband this week and I called cottage florist and told them the situation and told them my friend and her husband’s favorite colors and they put together the most beautiful arrangement and got it to my friend so quickly.     Your order was very misleading, through the website you ordered an 8" Philodendron, but in your message to us you requested an ivy plant. We did the best we could by sending 2 plants a phil and an ivy. For the two plants the cost would have been more than the $75.00 order you placed. The remaining amount charged was for the out of area delivery fee an taxes.When contacted you stated you were unhappy with the response you received from the recipient of not being appreciative. I am sorry you feel that you were shorted on what you ordered, when in fact you received more than you ordered.

    My dad passed away in 2007. They lady's at A Cottage took such great care of what my mom had invissioned for the family piece. My dad had been cremated and they took a wreath and made an arrangement that his urn sat in the middle of. It was so pretty and just out right perfect.
