    My sister and I used a monthly flower subscription delivery program for our mother. She lives in a retirement apartment. I asked that they use disposable containers, seasonal flowers, monthly. You can have any dollar amount, we used $50 a month. Mom was thrilled, every single time. Said the flowers lasted at least two weeks, some longer. So she almost always has a reminder that we are thinking of her. The staff at Allen's is considerate and accommodating for our preferences. You will not be disappointed. We highly recommend.

    I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my grandma. This is the first time I ordered from Allan’s and it will be my go-to Florist from now on. It was by far the most beautiful bouquet I have ever got her. There we so many unique types and colours of flowers. She sent me photos when it first arrived and then another round of photos the next day of each individual flower…so needless to say she was thrilled with the arrangement. The flowers were also super fresh with most lasting almost two weeks.

    Recipient loved the arrangement. One thing I would like to suggest though is, since I live in another province, it would have been nice to receive an email when the arrangement had been delivered. Sometimes people don't always contact you right away to let you know they have received it, especially if they are not feeling well, so it would be nice if you somehow had your website set up so that when an order was delivered the sender automatically received the information that it had been delivered. I have had this happen when I have ordered flowers from other websites/florists.

    I called Allan’s after an extensive online search looking for a florist who would deliver a teddy bear and balloon (no flowers) to my nephew in the critical palliative ward at Foothills Hospital. The flowers themselves were (according to my Mom!) fantastic as always, but the initials on the card was wrong so she couldn't tell who they were from! Further, I specified delivery time before 10 or after 1 b/c I knew Mom would not want to be disturbed b/w 10 and 1. I believe delivery occurred at 11.10am - right in the middle of the "do not disturb" period. Not sure what happened but this wasn't the usual fabulous service we are all used to from Allan's! I literally can email or call them from wherever I am in the world and they will deliver the grandest arrangement whether it is a short order or one that I have requested weeks in advance. I cannot say enough good things about Allan's Flowers.
