    Exceptional service! I typed a long message to accompany my floral gift order, thinking that it would just be computer printed on the card like with other florists. I was so surprised when my mother commented on the beautifully hand-written note! And I think I had only placed the order the afternoon or evening before delivery!     The flowers were unique and beautiful. My wife loved them. When I saw the bouquet myself, my first thought was it was about half the size I expected from the photo and description. The flowers lasted over a week and were gorgeous, so all is well.

    Excellent customer service! I accidentally chose the wrong day for the flowers to be delivered. I called after hours and left a panicked message.     I sent flowers to a friend of mine in Arizona after she had back surgery. I looked for a flower shop in AZ and found Flowers by Joe Gregory. He could not deliver on the day I requested but delivered the very next day, a Sunday, and he himself hand delivered. I think he went above and beyond and my friend said the flowers are absolutely GORGEOUS. If I ever need to send flowers again out there I will definitely use Flowers By Joe Gregory again.

    I had to have flowers for my brother's memorial and I live out of town. I picked Flowers by Joe Gregory online.
