We’re so glad she suggested a floral pocket square, my son-in-law’s was so eye catching! The florals for the arch during the ceremony were so full & all the colors blended so nicely! The wedding party’s bouquets & boutonnieres were elegant & exactly what my daughter envisioned. Flowers by LeRoy was so easy to work with & provided the most beautiful flowers while staying within our budget. This was a great experience, from the initial consult to the day of the wedding.

In regards to the service fee, the fees are clearly listed at checkout and it gives you the option to cancel the order at the time of the review of the charges. It is a convenience fee for ordering online. In the future you can avoid that fee by calling us directly and ordering with one of my staff over the phone. It will also help you be able to discuss specifics such as colors desired in your order. Thanks for your business.

For the price, I thought it would be larger and there were a lot more carnations (vs a more diverse assortment of flowers) in the arrangement than I expected there to be.     My experience was fine. The bouquet that I ordered online over a week prior to pick up was not as expected however I was informed that “upgrades” had been made for being short on the correct supplies. This was satisfying to know. I was slightly disappointed in the life length of the flowers, the roses were wide open on the first day and therefore the life of the roses lasted only a few days before wilting. Otherwise the arrangement was beautiful and the customer service experience at pick up was pleasant.
