    What a joke. Told me they couldn't deliver on a military installation after I had already placed my order. Instead they went ahead and delivered the arrangement to the main gate and then had the nerve to expect my girlfriend to drive to the gate to pick up the flowers. Haha! Went ahead and charged my credit card and when I told them to credit my charge card I was told by the owner it would take 3 days. I waited 10 days later and no charge back so I called my bank and explained and they credited my account 4 days later.

    The flower arrangement you ordered was a compact style, therefore short. As per our phone call, We are sending you a larger style arrangement to replace compact arrangement. We also try not to send out full bloom flowers, as they die soon. By sending out somewhat not open lilies, the life span of your flowers are longer. We take pride in our work and customer satisfaction. Once again we are sorry that your arrangement was not what you had in mind. We are going to add measurements to our pictures as soon as we can, so this doesn't happen again. We hope you enjoy the new flowers.

    We wanted an arrangement sent as a thank-you gift to family in BIloxi, but we didn't want the usual flowers and style. We found this florist online, with a picture of a highly styled arrangement which was exactly what we had in mind. Even though the order was on NYEve and could have been delivered on Jan 2, the arrangement was delivered right away. Great service and beautiful arrangements.

    Perfect as always. I have used Forget Me Not for a few years and no matter the occasion, the flowers are beautiful and delivered on time with no issues. This particular case was our anniversary. Originally I had ordered the arrangement to be delivered to our home, however, I realized the day before that we were staying at a hotel for our anniversary. I called and asked if the delivery could be changed, no issues. The flowers were in our room as a surprise to my wife on our anniversary, she's still talking about it.

    I specifically ordered from a local Gulfport florist to cut out the online middle man. My sister orderd hers for 20 dollars less with free shipping online and arrangement looked better than picture featured online. My order looked less full .. different vase and satin ribbon vs. organza pictured. The asthetic was not as lovely as the website picture shown. Vase shape was prominent reason. Recipient doesn't know any different.. but I was not happy.
