    Exceptional service and the flower bouquet was impressive. To be out of town for my partner's birthday and have to rely on Geranios Flowers for the delivery of the flowers to her place of work and have her be extremely happy with the flower, warm my heart. Price was very reasonable and my partner commented the gentlemen delivering the flower was excited to give her the flower which warms anybody's heart to hear that. Thank you so much for making this part of her birthday and our experience special.

    Unfortunately the product that I payed for was not what I ordered. The discount that I was offered for the missing pieces and decorations was that of five dollars. It was like adding insult to injury. Their solution was to offer me a refund, knowing that this arrangement was for prom night. They could have notified me days before that the product that I payed for would be missing pieces (decorations not flowers). Furthermore, the arrangement was much smaller than what was advertised. On principle, I could not take the product they wanted me to accept as a finished piece.

    since went to someone else address and I'm sick in bed, couldn't see them, I asked her to take pictures and she wouldn't, which makes me think not at all good. Specially when she said shouldn't have wasted money on them. Perhaps next time you could take a picture and send it with the survey. And, perhaps improve your web site this is a real cheap site and looks like done by 5th grader.
