    The ordering process went smoothly. However, because I’m out of town I have no idea how it actually looked. It would be nice if you sent a photo of the actual arrangement to the purchaser prior to delivery, perhaps?

We also go out of our way to send pictures when the customer request them. We strive to ensures our customers are happy and pride ourselves in a great online rating. To be honest, three stars are not really fair just because we didnt realize you wanted a picture. I would have glady sent one if you had asked.

    Have been an employee of the Lexington Florist! Mrs. Woods, always makes sure everything goes out in a timely manner, and is critiqued to perfection before leaving those doors. Very accommodating, and always going out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. She never wants an unhappy customer, she always tries to prevent that of course, but also tries to make everything right in any way possible if there ever was an issue, as though the work is very beautiful and don’t see you having one. ! Highly recommended!!

    I was worried about this delivery because we are out of state and I ordered the arrangement 2 hr before the funeral started but I called and spoke with someone and they assured me it would not be an issue. I received an email an hr prior to the funeral starting that the arrangement was delivered. I’m so thankful for their fast and efficient service
