    I was very happy with the finish product! The flowers were lovely! Corinna and i thought it was better than advertised. The only issue I have is my card. The Owen’s Florest was in my note. We have the notes for the pass anniversary they were done nicely. This note not that great. We appreciate the hard work you do, but small things do matter. Each item sent out the door, view it as if it was for your love one. That will make a difference!

    Flowers are beautiful and great Only thing i didnt like is that. On the card i had input a specific message along with my special signature. However that special signature was cut off from the card… message. So i was pretty disappointed in that. The Signature was the most important detail on that whole message. For that i think they deserved a 3 stars instead of 5 stars. Not left out but purposely cut off the most important part is the signature off the message

    Tony, We apologize that the message was cut off, but my no means purposely. I reviewed the order and it shows a lot of spacing between the two messages as well as spaces again before your signature line. Therefore the last part was printed just below the perforated line of the card and was cut off. I will make the front staff aware to check next time a card message is long or if spaces are put between sayings. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    The floral arrangement was gorgeous. It smells amazing and is my favorite arrangement I have ever received. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the flowers were already dying the next day. Some of the stems hadn’t even bloomed yet so I thought I would have it for a couple days without having to take out so much.

    We needed a corsage last minute for my son's highschool military ball. We looked online and saw a picture of one on Owen's website with the colors/style we needed. The price was more reasonable than other websites as well, so we put a late order in online. The florist called me the next morning to confirm the colors and we picked it up in time for the ball. It was beautiful! I only give it 4 stars because the online fee was a bit steep and made it more money than I wanted to pay but overall we were very happy!

    We are only allowed to take flowers as far as the front desk. The hospital verifies patient is there and calls the nurses station on that floor to pick up the flowers and take to patient's room.     Nice arrangement. But didn't understand how a 55 arrangement became almost 100 dollars. I picked a local place in hopes to have more bang for your buck. It was pretty But I think for 100 with everything it should have been more flowers.

    I ordered a plant for a colleague using the Owen's Florist website. The total was just under $100.00. I imagined that my colleague would receive a nice-sized plant. They did not not; they received a small table-top plant that did not look like it should have cost $100.00. I was very disappointed with the product based on the cost of the plant.

We do offer floor plants in the same diameter at same price which are taller for future reference.     Couldn't attend a funeral so I thought sending a flowering plant would last longer than a bouquet and the family could keep it. I ordered the medium peace Lily and specifically asked for a purple bow/ribbon. Recipients shared a photo of it with not one single bloom and a ribbon the same color as the basket. Just a little disappointed that 49.99 quickly turned into 77.00 and it looks a little sad. Next time I will swing by Lowe's and deliver it myself

They captured manly and nature inspired flowers, perfect white roses, and even gave me one realistic looking calla lily that I can keep forever. I don’t normally do reviews for businesses but I was so saddened by the quality of the work once I noticed how the bouquet was placed in the vase. A handful of the flowers were droopy & dying by the next day. I normally don’t need to cut & re-water until day 3 or 4. Some of the flowers were held up at the stem by wire, which also tells me they were not the freshest flowers to be sold. Quite the price for work that wasn’t as satisfying.

    Flowers were beautiful but The reset button at the hospital did not know that they had flowers at front desk for two additional days after delivery. I was disappointed in the fact that it wasn’t delivered straight to the recipient instead it was delivered to the front desk at the hospital in the hospital did not get those flowers to the reset button in a timely manner other than that they were very happy to have received to get well flowers and the website was easy to pick choose in cash out and delivery was the very next day so thank you very much for that.

    Owens Florist went above and beyond to deliver a gorgeous Sweet 16 arrangement to my daughter after the school office refused them due to the glass vase they were in.
