    From out of town I ordered by phone a spray for my Uncle’s funeral. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Asked them to do something with that theme in a spray for the visitation that same afternoon. It was not only delivered promptly but it was an awesome arrangement that exceeded my expectations.     They were prompt and on time. I put in the address incorrectly, and they called to correct and verify it. Also, when they delivered the flowers, the recipient didn't answer and they called and asked where to place the flowers out of the sun. Awesome customer service!!

    The deleivery of the arrangement I ordered was a day a head of schedule, which was perfect! I ordered the arrangement, once we received the funeral arrangements, on Saturday afternoon after closing. The viewing for our friends mom was on Sunday. The only option for the next delivery was Monday. To my surprise the arrangement was at the viewing on Sunday and they were beautiful.
