    For our 50th anniversary, I wanted deep yellow roses for my wife. I tried another shop (out of town because of a party) they had no idea what I was talking about "deep yellow". I called Smith's Flowers, the lady, who took my order knew exactly what I wanted. I was able to place the order, pick up for the following Saturday. They were beautiful, my wife was extremely impressed with the bouquet.     I've never been disappointed by the level of service. The arrangements are beautiful and the delivery out of town is just as prompt as if you were around the corner from the store. Once, they hadn't received a delivery they were expecting so didn't have a particular flower for an arrangement I'd ordered. They called to apologize and we discussed options choosing a different flower that worked so well and the whole effect was great. I trust that they will always deliver a beautiful product every time and recommend them often.

    I posted a review on March 24 and I was too kind. I ordered a basket of plants (no flowers) by phone a week in advance of a family event on Mar. 22. I called Smiths because they had exactly what I wanted. I was truly disappointed to see a completely different product .. a huge planter with Peace Lilies. There was a clump of ferns hidden in the center behind all the dark foliage with many dry yellow brittle leaves. No one in the shop called me about a substitution. I was offered a partial refund. The staff were very pleasant but I will never use this business nor recommend them.

    Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed. When you called you did not mention that you did not like peace lilies OR that you wanted your plants in a basket. If you had mentioned those things, we would have gone on to tell you that we did not have any baskets with plants in it AND we would have replaced the peace lily with other plants. I was kind enough to refund half your money, as you stated you were out of town and I could not replace it, otherwise we would have given you a whole new plater basket. I am disappointed you gave us two reviews, a 3 star and now a 2 star! ??

Unfortunately, due to the problems with supplies because of COVID and the high demand at Mother's day we were limited in our vase by the end of the week.     Hi Peggy, Unfortunately we do not deliver to Brighton. We service Woodstock and surrounding areas only that are 25 - 30 minutes away! We called you at 10am to let you know you could call a florist in Brighton so that they could help you with your order. I am not sure what the florist in Brighton told you as I know during this Christmas season a lot of florists were swamped with orders. We try our best with customers to help them as much as we can. Please call us if you have concerns. If there are 3 boxes of crakers...we put in three boxes of crakers, if there are 3 chocolates...we put in 3 chocolates. These are American photos and like I said, we cannot replicate to the exact product. I try my best with what is available.

    Thank you so much letting us know about this order. We could not fill this order as delivery was not in our area, so the order was sent to a florist in Hamilton. I will definitely be contacting the filling florist to express our disappointment.     I would like to say, the flowers the person received were perfect. the only thing, the arrangement we ordered in the picture it showed an orange like vase and she received a clear glass vase. other than that it was great. thank you

    Very pretty arrangement, with lots of flowers. There were several mini pink carnations which if they opened, were a dirty, dusky pink. Most of the mini carnations did not open, just shrivelled. Good delivery, good instructions for care of the flowers.

    It is very easy to order the flowers on-line. The images of the flower arrangements are very helpful. I order flowers regularly for my Mother and they are always delivered on time. I don't see the flowers as they are sent to my Mother who lives in Ontario and I am in BC, so I can't really comment on their appearance.
