    My co-worker (the recipient) sent along a picture of the arrangement he got, along with his Thank You. I was a little surprised and disappointed you thought that what you created was the closest proximity to the original that you could make. There was a color palette in the original that did not happen in your rendition. You did call to warn me that it wouldn't be exactly the same but I thought you'd pick a different flower to get the same color palette. I was mistaken.

    Did not get what we wanted! I think the lady that called was named Carol not sure, but she was so helpful as I sat there crying she read each throw off to me, I’m not sure how she understood anything I said, she finally she read one throw “If you could see me now”! She said It had a beautiful eagle on it... that was throw my newly widowed aunt would have to hold onto to comfort her when none of us could physically be there for her!
