    Arrangement was a premium but the combination of red roses with yellow/brown sunflowers were not a great compliment of one another. No personal card in the holder either. The person who purchased said there was supposed to be one.

    Heather, I'm sorry that you didn't care for the arrangement we sent. The red roses and sunflowers we sent is actually one of our best sellers. The sender chose a designer's choice bouquet with some roses so we sent what was the prettiest and freshest.

    My wife says the roses were beautiful and arranged in vase nice . I unfortunately forgot to put a specific time for delivery on day I chose to send and prefferd a AM delivery instead of a PM so delivery was when convenient for driver . It would be cool if their was a way to monitor flowers and track delivery like pizza deliveries unless I missed that also on their website LOL

She assured me that they would put together "something nice" and it would be promptly delievered. When I arrived at the funeral home I could not believe what a fabulous job they had done. Unknown to them was the fact that April 3rd my own mom had passed away and she loved butterflies. It immediately brought tears to my eyes as the "something nice" was a little butterfly tucked into the arrangement! I felt like mom was there with us at that very moment.
