    Order the flowers was an easy process. I was very disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered to my friend. She sent a picture and it did not look anything similar to the picture advertised. I know the selection was designer choice however the size was very different.

    As discussed: Designer’s Choice isn't supposed to look the photo. Specific language and purposely ambiguous photos convey the idea that you’re getting a custom design of our designer's choosing. We offer a number of designs online that will look like the picture and use the flowers listed to the best of our abilities. I’m especially happy because I know I ordered a fall arrangement in the middle of winter. I did have some trouble with the website at first. Thanks for refunding my first order which didn’t fully go through. Also, the website seems to have some outdated promotions since the fall flowers were on the front page in the middle of January.     Ordered & paid for Mon for a Fri deliver; called 12:30 PM Fri. & still not even on a truck cause business gets priority & those deliveries were south. I had to pay extra $15 for delivery & was never told it would be a late day delivery. I would have gone elsewhere or had delivered Thurs. if had known would be late in day. So, should have that info on website, show up when place online order.

    Thank you for the feed back. While the website purposely doesn’t address delivery times, they vary based on the location & number of deliveries in any given day, you can request one. Our 'Substitution Policy' which appears at the bottom of every item asks you to call to request a time and our check out page has a 'Special Instructions' field to leave requests for approval. I'm glad you've brought this to my attention; it does seem our delivery guidelines could be clearer. I can't do that in the check out process as you suggest but we will update our 'Flower Delivery' info page.

    I'm so glad the receiver thought the flowers were beautiful! Seeing them in person is different than a photo, but all of our web clients receive a photo of the design we deliver so that they can see how beautiful they are for themselves.

    the arrangement looked amazing and lasted a long time. I also received a phone call from the floral delivery to confirm that the flowers were outside. This greatly helped me as the cold weather could have hurt some of the flowers. I'm looking forward to ordering my next arrangement!
