    Let me tell you about the lovely ladies of the Flower Cottage! I ordered flowers for a friends funeral and was very embarrassed about the sad arrangement that another florist delivered. These kind ladies retrieved the pitiful basket of flowers and kindly inserted more flowers and tried their utmost to "fix" the arrangement to make it presentable. They wouldn't even let pay them! They have won me as a customer. While I was there, I saw many examples of their gorgeous work. No one delivers customer service like this anymore! They are to be commended for their kindness!     My neighbor was very happy with the flower arrangement--I ddi not see it but I'm sure it was up to your usual standards. I wish you would deliver in a wider area to include Timonium and Towson. I sent Teleflora arrangements to those people, but was not impressed and very hard to order on their site.

The flower arrangement I had sent to my cousin was just as pictured, which unless ordering flowers in person is not always the case. It was the arrangement in a basket pictured first on your website, and was creative and lovely...it looked like a blooming smile. My cousin continues to send photos of the arrangement as it ages, and it has lasted a long time. Love it!
