    Cottage Florist is the best in WNC. Cynthia, the owner, has a heart of platinum. She has been there for my family for years. I first “met” Cynthia when I lived overseas. I wanted to set up flower delivery for my Gramma. Unlike others before, Cynthia took my money from overseas and she DELIVERED exactly what she promised and more. I never had to worry if I was getting what I paid for. Cynthia treated my Gramma so well. My Gramma just recently passed, Cynthia was still there to make sure her funeral was beautiful. For years past and for years into the future, I will never buy anywhere else.

    I called today to order flowers for my best friend’s birthday. I asked for a nice arrangement and gave my price range, I also added chocolates. I had tried over the weekend on websites stating same day delivery. Well the websites were lying. They couldn’t deliver until Tuesday and I couldn’t get any of the arrangements I wanted. I was in a bind. Cottage florists were very nice, didn’t know how desperate I was for same day delivery but still came through for me to make my friend’s birthday amazing.     I ran out of characters to write my review about my best friend’s birthday today. I found out today was the first day in her 38 years of life that anyone has sent her flowers. She’s a hardworking CNA and I’m a Nurse. We’ve stuck through it together during CoVid and healthcare workers are still mandated to follow strict guidelines.     My mother, who's still stuck in a locked-down assisted-living facility, loved her gift basket of chocolate. She did an over the top arrangement for my Nana's 80th birthday and added many special touches to ensure her day was perfect.     Cynthia Staton is amazing! I have now used Cottage Florist a number of times. I ordered an arrangement that was for my parents 68th wedding anniversary. I ordered it off the web and needed it delivered the next day. Cynthia called me immediately after I placed the order to tell me that some of the flowers in the arrangement would need to be special ordered and if I need next day delivery she could not do it and suggested that she could put together something that she knew I would like.     At Christmas, my mom,84,gives a bouquet to my sister, for her family dinner. This year, NO florist, would help us.They refused, & hung up on her.     Anyone living in Hendersonville should always, always use The Cottage Florist for their arrangements. I live out of state & have ordered arrangements for my sister who lives in Hendersonville. I placed an order and on the phone I was told that I would receive a photo of the flowers as well as a photo of the delivery which was a nice treat.     Let me start this review by stating that Cynthia is an amazing person. My husband and I stopped in on short notice looking for 4 roses to use in our wedding ceremony the next day. She showed us what she had available and we talked about the reason why we needed the roses. She surprised us when we went to pay and instead gave us the roses for free.     Cottage Florist is fantastic. I ordered online after hours. received confirmation soon after placing the order. Ordered next day delivery. My SIL raved about the flowers. Sent a picture. It didn't look exactly like the photo but very similar. I received an email from the shop telling me that they were not able to get one of the listed flowers but they subbed in something else, added a few more other flowers to fill it out at no extra charge and sent a photo.
