I live in Oregon, and am rating the Lubliner Florist in Portland, Oregon, But, Portland is not a choice for States. So, I chose my birth state instead. Anyway, Lubliner Florist is a wonderful company that has provided my floral services for over 20 years. I have used them at every business I have worked at, and will continue to use them. They are friendly, fast, fair, and provide beautiful arrangements. I have only had one problem in all these years (because of another florist in another State), and Lubliner Florist did right by me. I highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you for the great service over the years.
