    Top notch florist! Placed an order on the day that I wanted them received. Alexis called to explain no power and delayed shipment the day before but they would do their best. My mom received her bouquet that day and they were lovely! You can't beat their customer service or their fresh flowers! Thank you and we'll be back again!

    Alexis was amazing as was her delivery team! I placed an order for same-day delivery only I gave the wrong address and the recipients weren’t answering their phone. As it turns out the delivery area was outside of the area. Despite my couple of goofs, Alexis and her team handled it beautifully with exemplary service.     I was out of town on business and unable to attend my sister in law's, Mother's funeral. To ensure both my brother and sister in law I was thinking of them. Unfortunately, when I placed my order I provided the wrong contact number, and the wrong date (!) When Alexis set out for delivery, no one was there to receive her beautiful dish garden.     Fantastic customer service and the most gorgeous flowers! I ordered an arrangement for delivery to my mom on her birthday and they totally exceeded my expectations.     They called me in NYC to make sure I’d be happy with their arrangement, since certain elements had to be substituted. It was for a sympathy arrangement for the loss of a very beloved pet. I was nervous to mention the fact, thinking I wouldn’t be taken seriously. Not only did they understand, but they were so empathetic that they even made sure to deliver it on the same day.     The owner of this florist is incredibly accomodating and went out of her way to create an exceptionally beautiful arrangement for someone that had recently had major surgery.     Such an amazing staff ! They didn’t have the arrangement that I had requested BUT they created an even more beautiful display than what I originally ordered ! The staff called me and made sure that the flowers would be dropped off to the correct address and that someone would be there to receive them so they wouldn’t become ruined . 10/10 would recommend this business! I will definitely be using this company again in the future .

    I contacted Fresh start to have a birthday arrangement delivered to my 78 year old mom. And even though she was over booed and had to make some substitutions in the floral piece, Fresh Start told me she would make it happen. And she did!     Well first of all I am trying to give you 5 stars but it wont allow me to do it ?? But....Alexis was the most friendliest of florists Ive ever had to deal with. She was warm and new just wanted I wanted to go for in a bouquet to my beloved mother in law for her funeral. I didnt want the "typical" funeral arrangement. I wanted something that she would have wanted on her dining room table with her favorite flowers. The bouquet was put on my beloved mom in laws table so that my father in law could look at them with happiness not sadness seeing her beauitful rose arrangement.

    Living out of state I wanted to send flowers to my Daughter in Law for her Birthday. i found Fresh Start through a google search but with the 3 hour time difference they were closed. Within minutes Alexis gave me a call, I told her I wanted something long lasting and gave her the price I wanted to spend. She even sent me pictures once it was complete. The selections she chose were magnificent and so many beautiful colors and different flowers and it was huge. Alexis is such a pleasure to deal with and made me feel comfortable to know that she would take care of everything!
