    I cannot say enough about this business. I live in Ohio and my son and daughter n law are out in Colorado as he is serving in the military. I have used this company several times in sharing happy occasions and they have not disappointed!     Mom's roses for her birthday didn't get delivered, so I called to arrange credit card charge cancelation. They offered to do that, Avs offered an option to upgrade If I'd accept deliver the day after. Accepted the upgrade, and the bouquet cabs this afternoon. Beautiful, large bouquet with additional lilies and greenery. A large arrangement my mom loves. Thanks for making her day, even if it turned out to be a day later.

    I bought my wife an arrangement for Valentine’s Day. The store was accurate for timing with pick up and there were no delays. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and perfect.     The flowers were beautiful and my mother loved them. Thank you! She also told me how kind the delivery person was. I found this florist a few years ago when I was in a bind: I had placed an order for Mother's Day with a big on line company, and the Friday before I received an email that the flowers were not going to be delivered. I called He Loves Me! Flowers the day before Mothers Day and explained my dilemma. They were able to take my order and deliver the flowers on time. As long as I need flowers in Colorado Springs I will use He Loves Me! Flowers. The service cannot be beat.

    Though the flower arrangement was beautiful, it didn't look like the arrangement I picked. The spring bouquet was supposed to be altered, having orange lilies replaced with white. Also, the arrangement had no red in it at all as pictured which would have make the bouquet pop with all the yellow and purple. I wasn't 100% satisfied but will consider using them again. I did find their prices were a little higher than other florist I have used by $10-$15 more, which was another disappointment not to have it right, but prompt delivery.
