    I generally use well known florists, but this time decided to search the internet for an area florist. We needed to express our sympathy to my bestie, and Darla's came through with a beautiful plant arrangement! The arrangement looked just as pictured, and was received the morning of the requested delivery date. I'm pleased with the quality of the product and great customer service. I would definitely would recommend and use Darla's Florist again.

    First of all, Miss Susan loved the arrangement. Unfortunately, they were delivered to the wrong address (right number, wrong street) but to a neighbor who knew Miss Susan and then brought them to her. But, as a personal follow-up, Darla's Florist did call Miss Susan and apologize for the mix up. It was this attention to correcting a mistake that will encourage me to continue using Darla's Florist in the future. I appreciate any business who not only acknowledges a mistake, but makes a personal apology follow-up.

    You hit it out of the park. My wife is a floral designer and when she saw the roses she said “This is what an arrangement should look like!” And took a picture sending it to her boss. And the flowers had a good shelf life.

    I've always received beautiful arrangements from Darla's. One time, due to covid shortages, etc. the flowers were beautiful but not as fresh as usual and the arrangement was sad in 2 days. After contacting Darla, she made things right. Much better service than from the large advertised florist system.

    It is something that would be nice, but is very time consuming. We also do not have a company phone that will do that. We usually find most people receiving the flowers will text the sender the picture when they receive the flowers.

    I ordered flowers for a friend's 50th anniversary. The flowers were incredible. Darla used a gold vase with yellow and white flowers and a "50th" insignia in the center for the "Golden Anniversary." I was thrilled with the results!

    Great customer service! Ordered online. Very easy to use. Have never been to the location, just Googled. The arrangement was beautiful. It’s rare that bouquets actually look like the representation online from other florists but this one was GORGEOUS and did not disappoint. Full of quality flowers. Did not skimp and use fillers. Of the flowers that Mom received for her birthday, the ones from Darla’s were the most impressive!

    The standing bouquet for the funeral from Darla's Florist was by far the best flowers there. The deceased's son took the stand & flowers to their office and is still on display there. Both us and the deceased's son was VERY happy with the flowers.

    This was my first time going through Darla's Florist for arrangements, but a co-worker had a death in his family and we really just wanted to support him. Darla's Florist delivered the flowers on time however they went to the wrong address due to "user error" :( 8 days later they were still looking for me to say the flowers were delivered incorrectly and they were sending out fresh flowers. I was so impressed with the care and persistence taken to make sure my arrangement were delivered. I think their customer service goes above and beyond.

    Wonderful experience!! I live out of town and needed to send flower to a funeral. After ordering online, someone (I wish I remembered her name) calle dme to say there was a viewing at the funeral home that night and asked if I wanted to change my delivery time and location.
