    The plant I ordered was large and lush. My friend was very pleased. Service was outstanding. The delivery person called me when she could not reach the recipient and did not leave the plant at the doorstep due to bad weather. The florist held the plant until contact was made with the recipient. I appreciated their friendly staff and thoughtful delivery service.

    In the end, it was the best, because they provided a floral bouquet that was highly appreciated by the recipient, though I had wanted to get growing plant, which turned out to be locally unavailable, and they were turning the order over to some sort of network, which was delaying things. I think that I should have been informed by e-mail that this was happening, but all came out ok. However, in the future, I will deal directly with the florist I choose, and not accidentally get on a network, thinking it was a direct e-mail connection.
