    This shop is amazing! The staff is super friendly & extremely helpful. They sure know about all flowers & plants. I came in for a gift and explained what I needed and what my budget was. They immediately made my specialty product on the spot for me to take away. Just exactly what I needed. Not the typical grocery store product. It even was provided with a carry away box.     the order was placed on July 27th for delivery on July 29th, the day of the celebration. However, the flowers were delivered on the 27th. When they arrived the size of the arrangement was incredibly small and it was nothing similar to what the webpage intended to transmit.

    I have ordered roses for my girl friend from botany bay 3 times this year. The roses have lasted over a week and are the nicest quality roses. I can understand why they 100% guarentee their product.

    I had a wedding in Atlanta because my mother could not travel to California. My matron of honor owns a flower shop and personally made my flowers for our wedding and shipped them overnight. Unfortunatley the box was dropped during shipment and there was considerable damage to my bouquet and flowers. I had only 2 1/2 hours to find a florist that was able to carry light peach roses to fix my bouquet and flowers! I was referred to Kandace at Botonay Bay Florist from the Crown plaza florist. I immediately took my flowers to her and she was able to fix my bouquet and flowers with time to spare!! She helped make our wedding day go smoothly and was just the sweetest person I could have ever met in such a crisis. I HIGHLY recommend Botonay Bay Florist to anyone for any occasion, and especially when needing emergency help with flowers. Thank you for a job well done!!!!
