    I was contacted about not having the same products as shown in the order. I assumed this was just the flowers but it was also the basket and stuffed animal. I just arrived and saw the arrangement I sent in the birth of my granddaughter! The flowers were lovely but the replacement stuffed bunny was a very scary looking cat with large eyes and sparkly designs. The cat had to be turned around because it was so atrocious and I have thrown it out. I was embarrassed that my family thought I had chosen this!

    Hi Barb, I am sorry you were not happy with the arrangement that went to the hospital. The order came through on Sunday and I go t went to Wpg on Monday to pick up my flower order so I brought out fresh flowers special for you order that day. I was back by early afternoon, arranged them and took them straight to the hospital so I am not sure why you feel the order was delayed getting there. Do you know how long they lasted? I would certainly like to make this a better experience.

    Well I just threw out the last of my birthday flowers...and they really weren't terrible at all! So if you are ever wanting to send or give flowers to someone and want them to last a long time....I suggest going to Heaven Scent here in town. Lord knows I don't get flowers often but when I do they are guaranteed to last a long time. I had these since the 2nd...yes I said the 2nd and today is the 24th. I would say 3 weeks is pretty darn good!
