It was hard to close for the men working to put it in the funeral car though so we had to put it in the back of a truck for transport. No big deal.     The delivery was left on my front step in full view of street where it could've been taken. I have a place right under the kitchen window to the left of the door where it could've been left. Not only kept safely out of view but out of the sun. It was left in hot sun, facing south. We didn't get home to retrieve it until 2 hours later. It still was ok and I enjoy it, but the delivery was not appreciated where it was left.

    I ordered some flowers for my mother late one day hoping for same day delivery. They weren’t able to deliver that day but did deliver early the next day. My mother said for flowers were lovely and cheerful which was what I was hoping for. Thank you!!

    The deliver was turned away from the hospital flowers in hand. He later contacted me and the person who was receiving the flowers. Came back to the hospital and was able to make the delivery!!     Ordering on line was easy, on time delivery was excellent and the flowers were beautiful. The only thing was they were not as large a bouquet as I was led to believe by the picture that was on line. I know that they came in 3 sizes but they still were not what I thought.     Apparently, they forgot the balloon and the flowers/foliage was sparse.. And personally, they ruined the surprise by calling me telling me they were at MJC to make a FLOWER delivery... they kept me on the phone to guide them, then I had to walk out of the office, all the way to the front of the building to get my flowers, then walk with my bouquet of flowers back to the office. There was zero effort in making the delivery. Perhaps the shop could provide more details -- building name, office room number -- to the delivery person prior to the delivery.

    Your website encourages customers to contact directly to save money, so I called first but was put on hold for a very long time. I finally gave up and ordered online. Regarding the delivery and the flowers I haven't heard from the recipient, so I can't comment on them. I liked the fact that you sent e-mail letting me know when it was delivered, though it was much earlier than I asked.

    The lilies and carnations were beautiful and arranged well. I bought them for myself when I was in the hospital. Everyone commented about the arrangement. I chose to have a customer arrangement. The odor, colors and size were amazing. After a week they were still thriving. I decided to leave them at the nurses station when I came home so everyone there could enjoy the beauty of the flowers.

    The flowers I received were absolutely gorgeous. The reason for the 4 star and not 5, the container they came in was much too small to easily replace water on a daily basis (and it was impossible to remove all of the flowers to cut the stems without damaging petals, leaves and stems).

    I'm sorry You Had That Experience Please Bring In The Flowers Tomorrow I Will replace Them For You ,Please Keep In Mind To Excessive Heat Summer Times & Winter Times if Temperatures Are over 72 degrees its very warm for flowers or close windows ,where sun shine or the heat from outside heating on windows Left In Car Or Any Place close ,Kitchen Areas And Fans Will Make Them Wilt Fast ,heat ages flowers they can die over night from excessive heat .

    It has been two weeks since it was ordered. I am looking at it now, and the last of the lillies are fading, but the carnations are still going strong, as is the greenery. I would highly recommend buying flowers from HP. I had a custom arrangement done and it highly surpassed my expectations. I have bought flowers from Teleflora and FTD, but none of them compared to the arrangement, size, beauty, and the length of time this bouquet lasted.HP will be the only place I will get flowers my flowers from now and into the future.
