    I cannot tell you how amazing and helpful this business was with an order that I thought was with them, but turned out to be with another similarly named florist. I called them, and they called me back twice, trying to find an order they did not have! When I went into the shop, they were again trying so hard to satisfy my situation, for which they had absolutely NO responsibility. They clarified the confusion over the names of the florists and then GAVE me an arrangement for my friend's birthday. They are totally customer oriented, and I will always use them in the future.

    The flowers were lovely. I thought the price for the flowers was very fair and though $15.00 for delivery seems high, I am ok with paying for it because y'all's work is so good. What I don't get was the $5.99 service fee. What was that for?

    Initially thought the flowers had not been delivered to my elderly mother the day prior to Mother’s Day as she couldn’t find them. I called on Sunday(Mother’s Day) and was called back immediately. It was our mistake not theirs and they worked diligently to sort it out regardless. FANTASTIC customer service!!
