    The customer service is topnotched. I ordered flowers for delivery, but soon realized I needed to change the delivery address. I called and they said no problem. Then I found out I need to change the address again, but to the original one. The lady who answered was patient and said no problem. The flowers were delivered today and she loved them! Whew.     Process was fast and easy. Normally I prefer to visit the shop in person, but since this was going out of town I knew that I wouldn't see the finished product anyway. The surviving family members sent me a message that the arrangement was beautiful and appreciated, so I assume that it made it to the funeral home prior to the visitation and service, which were private and very short.

    Louise did a wonderful job with the casket spray for Mother’s funeral, and with the large floor-standing spray my Father bought to match it. Everyone remarked at how beautiful, full, and fresh they were. Our Mother loved pink, red and yellow especially, and there were lovely pink roses, large yellow roses, red carnations, and many other beautiful flowers. Louise also helped us with advice about the mausoleum sconce. In addition, she explained to my Dad about pricing between the floor and casket sprays, and created two complimentary arrangements that our Mom would have chosen herself.

    I understand it's valentine's day but my wife's Birthday is today as well. Ordered flowers to be delivered and never showed up. Call the flower shop and goes to voice mail and says mail box not set up. Have already paid for them. Im very disappointed right now.     I live in El Paso, TX...I found Louise's phone number in my old address book from 1999 when I had purchased flowers from them. They were so helpful. I couldn't make it to the funeral in Frankfort...but was called later by the deceased's daughter who told me our flowers were the most beautiful arrangement of all...and that she even called the florist to tell them so! Louise's used the exact flowers I requested and even sent me a picture of the finished bouquet! Louise's Florist will forever get my business in the future! Definitely 5 Star Plus!!!
