I got a beautiful arrangement from my Boss for Administrative Assistant's week. It came about 11 a.m. which is really nice because I can enjoy tham all day today! I noticed on the card it said to deliver by 3 p.m., so the florist was really on the ball!

beautiful bouquet, fresh flowers, delivery person (older gentlemen)- kind enough to come into my house, as I was on crutches and could not handle the box), BUT no instructions for need to change water, add water additive or leave alone??? THANKS

I received a dozen red roses late in the day on 2.14.11. There were several that were drooping the first day and continued to wilt (a the top of the stem below the flower)on Tuesday. I called this morning (Wed 2.16) and your customer service rep was very gracious and helpful and offered to send out another dozen today or tomorrow at my convenience. The new delivery was made and flowers exchanged. The new dozen red roses are gorgeous, with the exception of one stem, which was drooping in half already. I cut the stem underwater with a sharp knife as instructed. With the exception of this floral arrangement, I have had nothing but the very best in unique floral design, quality, and service from Adrian Durban and I highly recommend AD to friends. Especiallly for special occasion flowers, and dance corsages. I am filling out this comment in the hopes that it is helpful. I also have a $10 gift card offer for completing this survey. Thank you.
