    In general, the service was good as it was before. The only thing was I didn't receive notification when the flowers were delivered. I had to contact my sister and ask her if Mom had actually received the flowers.

The online service was so easy to use to put an order through and I got a call the next morning regarding the arrangement and talked to a lovely lady.
